Two Kurds sentenced to imprisonment in Mahaband

According to the Mukerian News Agency:

Two Kurdish residents of the city of Mahabad, Hyman Sufi and Jalal Sufi, were sentenced to jail terms by the Revolutionary Court in this city. Both are residents of nearby villages and they are accused of association with anti-regime parties. The Revolutionary Court sentenced both to 24 months imprisonment, of which 6 months are mandatory and 18 months are suspended, effective for the next three years. Both have already started to serve their jail term in Mahabad prison.
